Junior World Orienteering Championships and Fin5 orienteering week

Tampereen Pyrintö, in cooperation with the International Orienteering Federation, the Finnish Orienteering Federation and the City of Tampere, is organizing the Junior World Orienteering Championships (JWOC) from 9 to 14 July 2028 in Tampere.

350 competitors from a total of 40 different countries are expected to participate in the competitions. The competition series are women 20 years and men 20 years. Each country can participate with a team of up to six athletes.

As a spectator races the Fin5 Orienteering Week will be organized. Fin5 includes five competitions and open courses, which can be registered for on site. More information about the Fin5 Orienteering Week can be found on the competitions’ own pages: https://2028.fin5.fi/
